Most studios answer “can you scale?” with a headcount. We answer it with a school.

Imago is a leading art academy in the Paraíba Valley region, and the reason Magic Sword can grow without compromising on quality.

Beyond its physical campus, Imago brings art education to private and public schools across the area. Through scholarship programmes it discovers emerging talent and helps connect new artists with the creative industry.

We look for artists who stand out through technique, style and personal projects, and many of them go on to work with us. It is how the studio gives back to the local art community, and how we build a team that already shares a standard.

The exchange runs both ways. What we learn on client projects goes back into the classroom: the standards the work is held to, the briefs artists are actually handed, what an art director looks for in a portfolio. Students train against what the industry wants now, not what it wanted when the syllabus was written.

We discover talents who stand out through technique, style and personal projects.
